Returns - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with all TimeStyle Music Records merchandise. You may return any unopened item, except vinyl recordings, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). We cannot accept returns on vinyl recordings. Please note... If you paid by check, TimeStyle Music Records will automatically issue you a refund check upon receipt of your return. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address listed in your TimeStyle Music Records account. If you would prefer store credit, please contact TimeStyle Music Records Customer Service Department.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Damaged jewel box or cassette case If a CD jewel box or cassette case arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. Digital Music Downloads (DMDs) DMDs are covered by our 30 day unconditional money-back guarantee.

Inventory availability and backorders Inventory information This information, which appears in your Shopping Cart, can be used to estimate the likelihood that a title will be shipped immediately after you place your order. We cannot guarantee that a title listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. Backorders (out of stock items) TimeStyle Music Records will make every effort to get backordered item(s) re-stocked as soon as possible, usually within 30 to 90 days. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s) to you in 6 months, items on backorder will be cancelled. Orders mailed within the U.S, please allow 2-8 weeks, 2-8 weeks for Canada, and 4-10 weeks for all other International orders (Although all orders generally go out within 1-5 days of when we receive it). Shipping and handling charges will be charged to your order, please see the shipping/handling price table on the Online Store Ordering page for ESTIMATES on shipping costs. Please note, that the online store fee is an estimate. Your shipping charges may be a little more, or a little less, depending on where you live. If you live outside the US, it will generally be more than what your invoice shows. For overnight shipping or other methods, please contact us via email to make arrangements.
